Shipping Information for Percy Thermal Rolls
Percy thermal rolls uses the services of Toll & TnT to distribute to addresses within Australia. We aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days.
Returns
We accept returns 60 days from purchase, all return freight costs are at Percy Thermal Rolls cost.
We use TNT and Toll services to collect returns.
Refunds are provided on the stock returned quantity verified prior to pickup at customer business address.
Shipping
Once the products have been released and your order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch email. You should expect to receive it within 2-3 working days (from the working day following receipt of the dispatch email). This estimated delivery time applies to metropolitan areas of Australia, Perth, Tasmania and rural delivery may take slightly longer – typically another 3 to 4 working days.
NOTE: ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES APPLY TO RURAL/ISOLATED POSTCODES IN WA, NT, SA, QLD. EXTRA COST IS CALCULATED UPON DISCUSSION IN REGARDS TO HANDLING AND DISTANCE.
