Refunds and Exchange Policy

Returning or Exchanging goods.

Please contact Percythermalrolls.com.au by email sales@percys.com.au or phone 1300-764-882 if you need to return a product purchased from, you will then be provided with instructions on how to proceed.

Percythermalrolls.com.au will exchange goods, provided they are in re-saleable condition and you have your original proof of purchase. If you are returning the item because you have changed your mind, the item must be returned within 14 days of the email which states your item has shipped. Faulty or shipped in error items may be returned for refund or exchange with proof of purchase.

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify our team within 7 days and follow their instructions for returns.

Freight charges -Free returns.

We will make every effort to process items returned within 3 business days of receipt at our online office. Please note any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer’s procedures.
